Guisell, People LOVED LOVED LOVED the Alfajores. I can't wait to try one personally, I'm so jealous! I did want to give you some feedback though - would it be possible for you to make them in a smaller more bite-size? The reason, is that some guests said that they sort of crumbled - so we'd want our guests to be able to pop them into their mouths, and not drop crumbs. What are your thoughts? We can't wait for our next opportunity to purchase them! This time I am going to OVER buy, so that our staff can have left overs!!

Please know the Alfajores which were served at the WISE event Tuesday night were INCREDIBLE. I cannot wait to host a party and have you all cater...just so I can order Alfajores. Yum!

I didn´t know that your offer to stay cooking at my house meant to help me out during the whole day, bringing those delicious Empanadas direct from the oven.
